Some enviromental unit is still suing OPG for the timing (i.e. proceeding before final clearance) but they now have official clearance for everything.

Coal India are refusing to supply to new plants commisioned after Dec 11, but don't think that should affect Chennai 11 coming on as think this was intending to be fired by imported coal. I have tried to seek some information from the company, but they have failed to respond to emails and a telephone call. Not impressed.
Hopefully it will all blow over, but the company's silence does not reassure me.
