"Panmure Gordon reiterated its "sell" recommendation for Premier Foods (PFD), but with an increased target price of 90p, from 60. The broker expects the struggling Mr. Kipling owner to retain a net debt position of over 1.2 billion pounds at the end of 2012. Additionally, with a substantial pension deficit and 515 million pounds of pension contributions and bank fees to pay over the next five year, Panmure does not believe the company's debt position will fall below 1 billion pounds before the end 2016. However, the broker noted that the firm plans to generate 330 million pounds through disposals by June 2014, which should also provide 10 million pounds of cost savings. The shares tumbled by 7.25p to 123p."
