Re: This Is Money- share tips

Saw the Tip in Moneyweek under the "Gamble" section. Reasons for the recommendation make sense but results need to be close to benefit as this could go further down and is a "Gamble" for good reasons - mainly to do with execution. The likelihood is falling revenue even if the model is good and the falling revenue will catch the markets eye as few understand the reasons. Could fall further & may be a little too soon to buy here? By Carefully Does It

There's usually a pretty wide spread.
It's because the stock is so illiquid.
That's a good sign IMO. By traumatek

Re: Why the sudden plunge?

looks like someone just wanted to sell.
that said, it is very illiquid and it could be MMs trying to create a bit of volume.

Suits me, I'm looking to buy more when I've transferred some cash.

Earnings will IMO be down this year due to the start of tax, but if the revenue and operating profit trends are confirmed, I dont see people short-sighted enough to worry about the unavoidable tax effect.

Even with the reduction in 2010, 12x PE is 50p.
12x anticipated 2012 earnings is 89p
or 30p would be just 4x 2012 earnings.

No stock is without risk, but this market leading product should still keep expanding, particularly in the US.

No advice intended By traumatek

Buy tip

This is a real red hot penny share...While many firms offering business support services face the prospect of continued difficult trading, Proactis could stand to benefit from the economic downturn as companies look to cut costs without compromising efficiency...Another plus is that its programmes help maintain performance and permanently reduce the need for staff and paper work. Hence, its software provides a way to trim costs without companies scaling back on production...
