I do not read a seven digit payment to prm in the license announcement now. It seems more to be the accumulated sum if and when all development goals and milestones are reached.
My expectation is that prm received very little, and, consistent with previous statements, will claim that future milestones might be "transformational"...

see the quote: " ...Under the terms of the Agreement Randox will develop products for early diagnosis of stroke and subsequent monitoring of treatment outcomes. Financial terms provide Proteome Sciences with seven digit (US dollar) license and development milestones together with double digit royalties on sales...."

I am quite concerned about the current sp drop.

I think you will be lucky if your £6M revenues projection of November last year plays out for 2012. It would surely need a massive deal or two to get near that, and currently the market seems to be cooling towards PRM prospects.

The chart continues its negative bias, and on the 14th the SP failed to break back above 30.5p, and the 200 day moving average, which is now turning down. I know markets are gloomy, but its a very risk averse market currently.

Lets hope more good news can come to the support of the SP soon, but its hard to imagine 2011 results will trigger any kind of rerating. I referred to The_Doctor's post (which was probably after he had bought back in again) and from which I quote::

Admission of misleading info having earlier been posted came in post 15869 which indicated that PRM's spec/sens figures may indeed already be adequate.
