Invest NOW !!

Whilst Stilo shares have been restricted within a one/two pence trading range for several years, its potential to generate very significant levels of retained profits and cash have been transformed by the potential of Migrate.

(Migrate is a cloud service that enables organizations to automate the conversion of their content into different XML standards, providing for greater control over content quality, improved turnaround times and lower production costs. It provides an attractive alternative to traditional outsourcing business models and in-house solutions.)

Technical teams from two of THE WORLD's most successful companies, IBM and Cisco ,are currently working with super micro-cap STILO. on its unique, world leading, on demand, content conversion service,MIGRATE.

Valued at just over £1million (ex cash) STILO must(imo) be THE most undervalued and unrecognized investment across global markets.

Unborrowed, CASH rich and cash generative, with immediate and highly scalable potential to grow revenues and profits,STILO is on the cusp of recognition.

As STL increase revenues, the benefits will flow in full directly to bottom line profitability and CASH.A modest 20% movement in 2012 should generate net profits of £500,000.
Not bad for a £2million market cap.

BUY NOW with a view to selling a few @ 10pence in 12 months time.(imo) By floman

Deal of the day: A contract with a company of the magnitude of Cisco is a big deal for any AIM minnow. Stilo International jumped 25% to 2½p, on news that the networking giant would use it software to convert 20,000 pages of older documents to a safe format to store on computer servers. Given Cisco‟s reach, investors were hoping this contract may lead to many more. By SpikeyDT

Stilo International

BY: Andrew Hore | POSTED: 19/05/2011

Stilo International says that it is continuing to make good progress in 2011.

The content management software supplier has won new business from the Japan Patent Office, EADS CASA and the European. IBM is rolling out the use of the Migrate DITA online conversion service.

Stilo plans new software releases later this year. The releases include OmniMark v10 and a much enhanced Migrate EPUB conversion service, which will reduce the time taken to produce eBooks.

In 2010, revenues rose 15% to £2.38m, while Stilo moved from a loss of £457,000 to a profit of £142,000 – helped by lower admin costs. Stilo invested £337,000 in product development last year and it was all written-off.

At 2.62p a share, up 0.38p, Stilo is valued at £2.88m. There was £704,000 in the bank at the end of April. By SpikeyDT

Little Miss Muffet sat on £704,000 cash.

In my 'umble opinion this share has been off the radar for quite long enough. It would take only a mention in the Investors chronicle or a tip sheet to send el Stilo International into orbit.

Look at all the gormless followers of Atlantic Coal as an example of the power of tipsters.

My only criticism is that I do not understand the need to stockpile cash when stock pickers always look at the dividend yield.

Do the directors have a takeover proposition in their sights?

Re: Missed opportunity

In my last post,I said that" Migrate v2 was being trialled by the worlds largest technology company."
The expression used by Stilo was"being evaluated"-in other words a value is being fixed-much more exciting !!
Apologies.
On my reckoning Nick parkin has now exited his STL holding.
STILO were my share of the year in 2009.
They remain my larger and most exciting investment, the other being WSI.
How far and how fast STL shares will go is a good question, yet for STL to have one, possibly two, world leading technologies,in a rapidly increasing global marketplace, does make the market cap of just £2million absurdly and unsustainably low.

Re: Missed opportunity

I was at the AGM yesterday and found the Directors exceedingly competent.STL is held back by its lack of cash/revenues and has accordingly to proceed within these constraints.Nevertheless, the current scenario is massively encouraging particularly in view of MigrateV2 being trialled by the worlds largest technology company.
Les Burnham CEO stressed that the industry/investors always overestimated the short term potential of the marketplace. It does however seem that its huge scope
is on the cusp of being realised.
It is obviously dissapointing for you to have held the shares for so long.Nevertheless it would seem pointless to exit just as STL is at last generating much interest in its updated/revised/new software offerings.
Like you,Nick Parkin, who held over 7 million STL shares,is currently ditching the lot.IMO it is only the availability of his stock that has prevented Stilo shares moving towards 3 pence in response to the incredibly bullish AGM statement.
I remain exceedingly positive and am continueing to add even at the current offer price of 1.75pence. By floman

Missed opportunity

Sorry to disagree about this ever being a ten bagger with the current manangement in charge.

I agree the stock is potentially under valued but until we have executive mangement that have the right experience to bring about real shareholder value then I cannot see how we will break out above the 1 times sales multiple that this company is worth and I do not see them dramatically increasing sales.

I continue to therefore hold the view that the comapny should be sold to realise at least some shareholder value but management seem intent on sitting until they can draw their pensions, as they are most likely otherwise be unemployable in this market being to old, inexperienced, tired and now with a very marginal track record.

The current Stilo market is a good opportunity for fresh believers to pick up stock and for those tired with the old promises to move on.

You can guess which camp I am in and that is why I am selling having been a shareholder since IPO and averaged down and down many times!

A missed opportunity......

Comments welcome
