The RNS says they lost 246,000 pounds last year on turnover of 8.14 million.

They also have debts of 1.04 million which Multi will have to take responsibility for.

Is the UK in such a state that they need to hire contract social workers from overseas?

At the time of suspension, the market price was 1.2p so its reasonable to say that following a 100:1 consolidation, the new market price would have been 120p. That being the case, why are the new shares that are being issued to pay for Dream, being issued at 25p?

Sorry, but this is one shareholder that doesn't share your enthusiasm.

Looks like a great move to me - the Dream ticket in fact. The business is interesting and the two new directors really experienced City facing entrepreneurs.
