Myriad's lost 20% since their March high, Sync around 17%
Short term, I appear to have exchanged a loss for a greater loss.

Take your losses on the chin and sell before the 15th.
They're only gong to go lower in this maket.

Cancellation of sponsorship with Lincoln city Football Club



Synchronica plc ("Synchronica" or "the Company"), announces that following the announcement from Myriad Group AG earlier today that all the remaining conditions to the offer for Synchronica PLC have been waived and that the offer is now wholly unconditional, it intends to apply to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of sponsorship with Lincoln City football Club.



It is anticipated that the last day of sponsorship will be 15 May 2012 and that such cancellation will take effect at 7.00a.m on 16 May 2012.



The cancellation of sponsorship with Lincoln City will significantly reduce the liquidity and marketability of any Synchronica Shares not acquired by Myriad.
