and it seems the rampers were clearly in when price spiked to 2p
and also there is large spread
so really only an investment as 5 year speculation that it becomes a ten bagger

but after this announcement that at least seems a possibility (albeit probably small %)

the new ceo is ex Bupa
internationally respected and experienced
the 1.6m contract is more clearly explained as part of bigger picture which is worth multiple more
they say original bid was against capita and others so impressive stuff
most of which must be put donw to the new ceo

financially - the digital side is growing at 20% p.a.
has ebitda profits and company tax losses of 3.6m!
CASH after disposal is close to break even......

this has digital health shell all over it
so upside potential is unlimited

the new ceo will want to be building a substantial company
ironically the PR from the rampers who started shifting price after RNS
will give TLY more expose which can only help as they build up company

no doubt there will be a nice option scheme for directors
and prob a fund raising but seems like good opportunity to buy into a rare growth story

that said market looks dire in short term so i dont want to get caught in 'shell-hype'
so personally i'll mull overnight to see if will increase holding
will still only keep v.small % as see it as fun / high risk investment but at least has a chance to be multi bagger -

my own expectations......
3 year reasonable to see ceo build up 10m MV
(5m t/o on 15% ebitda profits profits/ no debt / no tax and higher rating to reflect growth)
and say raise £1m at 1p to cover project funding costs
gives an estimated 5p a share

the chart looks spectacular for a saucer bottom
but can;t emphasise enough this is also on a multi year view

In truth I actually quite like what I have found thus far (Very limited researching though).

However there are still some legacy issues which need resolving and a decent leg up could see their fortunes turned around..

However... What price will I buy in??

For me personally its not really my style of stock..

In that what I mean is, i think its to near (At present) fair value (if possibly over valued)..

Therefore I would want to see more contract wins before commiting funds. No one ever bets on a one horse race,,, and I fear that is what Totally is at the moment.

Its a shame the Pump and Dump gang got involved, as from here on in for a while I foresee a drop in sp on an almost daily basis..

It would have been much better investors arriving based on research and prepared to commit funds for fuller growth rather than just a quick buck before moving on to the next one..

And there was silly old me thinking the volume of posts was because people were actually "Investing" rather than just day trading on Pumped stocks...

What low will be tested?
