My understanding of things was that it required only 4 customers (the two from the Magzi estate and two from central Douala) to enable VOG to fire up the processing plant and the following from the latest update appeared to back this up but on closer inspection it only states 4 will be ready and not that production will start.

“By the end of May, the Company expects 4 customers to be ready to take gas and sales of 1 mmscf/d by mid June."

If you are indeed correct then I wonder if there has been a drop in anticipated demand from one or two of the original 4 customers.

Also from the update,

“So far 9 PRMSs are delivered in country and a further ca. 10 units will arrive in Q3 2012….Nine customers will be taking gas by Q3 before the next batch of PRMS units arrive. The conversion contractors expect on average to be able to bring online an additional two customers per month from the end of May.”

By the end of this month 7 PRMS units should be installed and commisioned. This is the minimum requirement to supply gas. (From MD at the presentation).

Next month I presume a further 2 to be installed to give 9 by the end of H1.

Then as the update (020512) says 2 additional customers per month.

I would think/hope the extra PRMS units are in or on their way to Cameroon.

My reading of things is that the nine taking gas by Q3 will be using the 9 PRMS's already incountry - of which as far as I know only 4 have been installed.

This leaves 5 to be installed between now and Q3 (. Any other customers being connected will have to wait for more PRMS's to arrive. Also, when they say "by Q3" is that the start middle or end of Q3?

So unfortunatly, I don't think we will see anything like 23 customers connected by the end of the year.

Not trying to de-ramp, just trying to keep it real.

Sounds as if you have the material for a modern version of Only fools and horses. No income tax or VAT etcetera. Not sure where you get the power supply to contribute to the board though. Good luck in acquiring assets. BZM which I bought on monday and kept is still cheap by the way.

Hopefully it's a buy low sell high trade and that world events wont scupper VOG's day in the limelight, which in theory could /should be anytime within the next 9 days!
