Russian bank balances fall to 534.0 bln rbls

MOSCOW, Nov 23 (Reuters) - Banks' balances in their correspondent accounts at the Russian central bank fell to 534.0 billion roubles on Monday from 608.5 billion roubles in the previous session, the central bank said.
