Online trading

Is active trading dead? Not if the messages in our discussion boards are anything to go by. And judging by the number of trades over the summer, normally a dead period, active trading is resurgent. But it is different now from the dot.com days. Where day traders once traded shares in companies, they are now spread betting or trading Contracts for Difference on shares, precious metals, agricultural products and foreign exchange. Traders are stepping into a brave new world, where traditional analysis means little and all they have to go-on is the price-line. Online trading has come on a long way in the last five years.
