	Trade wasn't a great one as went against me for 30 ticks. Cleared at a small profit in fact but not one for the diary. 	Please deal in facts not emotion, even if there was an order for 50 vehicles what is the final nett/nett for tan? How much cash is generated to run the operation? Your comment on debt is incorrect and suggest you contact their major suppliers for the real facts. If there was truly something there, this company would be acquired by Ford or a major player in the EV industry. Access has no chance for 24 months at least. Positive news must have actual quantifiable facts no more management fluff up. Even regular posters on this board are loosing faith in the company and management but appear to be holding on and hoping. 	This landed in my trading account today and, as I'm new to this, I'm wondering to what extent this is news. I'm aware of the talks between the two companies earlier in the year and that these talks failed, but I'm also aware that the two companies kept an open mind to future communication and prospects. Corporate Action Event Terms Ruukki Group Plc and Sylvania Resources Limited have announced that they entered into a merger implementation agreement pursuant to which Ruukki will aquire, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions, all of the issued and to be issued share capital of Sylvania under an Australian law governed scheme of arrangement between Sylvania and its shareholders. The enlarged group would retain the name Ruukki Group Plc. The company notes recent press speculation together with the recent increase in its share price and advises that it has received an approach from a third party and is in discussions which may or may not lead to an offer for the Company.
