	You order a well test kit when you have found oil or gas.-- sounds like nonsense to me slip-wrist. There are several companies in the region that could utilise a test kit going forward, so it makes sense to have one in the Falklands ready. ----------------------- -------------------------- Z1, What makes sense it exactly what they have done. Ordered, prepared and have kit certified and ready to go when called off. It is currently sitting in the yard in Aberdeen and subject to the Liz well having enough logging information to warrant a full Well Test, the equipment will be shipped in good time to arrive in Port Stanley for when Desire take the rig back and hopefully go back onto the Liz well to perform a well test. Well test equipment is not readily available worldwide and requires to be prepared and a contract in place to secure for various customers. For Desire to have a full well test package available for the campiagn they will pay a standby rate for it sitting in Aberdeen and then full contract rate from the time it leaves until its return. 	Anyone got L2 access to report accurate buys v sales? This one's becoming very exciting but difficult to call. The volume is good and I keep thinking the bottom's hit but downward pressure seems to be always in the background. The fundamentals are so good that we could see a rapid rise.....very suddenly and for no obvious reason! Cheap as chips or frying pan into the fire. I'll go with the cheap as chips metaphor. 	Remember not so long ago we all did the sweepstake for the box flow rates and sp once the rns is out. 	tempting to long ftse. Won't US rally on health care passing? Will be interesting to see what some of the states do, can anyone imagine them trying to leave the union? Is that why the US gov is trying to bankrupt them and hence bail them at in return for giving up even more rights? Watched an interesting film yesterday - Rollover - proper 80's style, cheesy music, cheesy sets, but ok story - about the middle east selling their dollar reserves on the sly via wall street banks.
