Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) or connected parties

("the Company")
The Company was today notified that on 08 November 2011 the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares occurred:
Richard Rothkopf, Chairman bought 5,556 shares at a price of 225.1125 pence per share. Following the above transaction, Mr Rothkopf holds an interest of 728,736 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.34% of the issued share capital of the company.
Rob Lawes, Chief Executive bought 5,555 shares at a price of 225.0 pence per share. Following the above transaction, Mr Lawes holds an interest of 1,081,066 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.98% of the issued share capital of the company.
Charles Caminada, Chief Operating Officer sold 93,945 shares at a price of 225.0 pence per share. Following the above transaction, Mr Caminada holds an interest of 664,657 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6.75% of the issued share capital of the company.
