Julian Schild purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 650 pence each and therefore has an interest in 72,624 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company. Charles Wigoder purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 652 pence each. Therefore Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 13,281,041 Ordinary Shares and a non-beneficial interest in 2,700,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 18.92 per cent. and 3.85 per cent. respectively of the total voting rights in the Company.
