The contract, for an undisclosed sum, secures software licence revenue for at least 2 years for use of the core TRACS labour scheduling suite, and also the recently developed fleet optimisation product TRACS-RS. Both tools are designed to improve the speed and accuracy of resource planning activities whilst at the same time optimising the cost and performance of operating a passenger transport network. John McArthur, Chief Executive Officer commented "Once again, we are delighted to have won this contract which is testament to the concerted efforts of our business development team in building fantastic working relations with transport operators both here in the UK and overseas. This latest announcement follows on from our contract award announced on 18 April 2012, and the subsequent Trading Statement issued on 25 April 2012, both of which indicated continued successful trading for the Group."

Thanks, VMB.
I wouldn't disagree with any of your points. It's interesting that they all relate to how the market values this business, as opposed to the fundamentals of the business itself. If the full year results are strong - and the recent trading statement indicates they will be - then this share could get on the radar of some institutions. I could then see a major run-up in the share price : (a) If earnings increase then the market cap will increase, assuming a constant P/E. (b) If the market cottons on to the growth story then the P/E ascribed to the business could increase So potentially a double-boost to the share price, though you could argue that both of the above points are already priced in. In the absence of adverse news I'll be adding to my holding. |

1.It's very small which warrants a discount
2. Hardly any research coverage 3. Tightly held shares make it tough to buy in quantity for serious investors. Hop that helps. |

Given the rapid growth in revenue and profits, the strength of the balance sheet and the bullish recent news releases, I'm puzzled by why this share is so modestly rated. Any suggestions?
