even though it is easy to look negatively at a share price as it
goes down. i think we forget that the share price has held up well when other shares have dropped from there highs.
the beauty of this share is that we know in the future roughly what is in store. if u compare that against a company which you are left guessing will we get news, what will it be will it be good will it be bad. i can honesly say i expect good news everytime with this company because they have already made a path to travel on and it is easy to follow.
so the risk for me is very low compared to alot of other shares out there and this has the potential for massive rewards!!
patience is the key!!

I also have said before my concern that i'e been interested in FML since April 09 and were almost a 1year on and still no real production has occured. ???? why???

I'll say the merger concerned me enough to sell out of FML but im still concerned with this as a family member still has a considerable interest and I would get back in if we saw 4.5p levels again (IF)...

Obviously we don't know details of the merger, but FML own 50%, Coville own 50% so FMLs assets will double so anything less than 50% will be a good thing. There's no reason not to believe this will be the case as FML have the all important listing. I'm ignoring Mami & the rest of FMLs assets - let's pretend they're equal to keep this simple so the same argument holds.

Make no mistake, whilst getting Kosk and Mami to production would be nice and would help with self funding future development of Benkala, getting Benkala to initial production is the number one focus and the last update gave details of the amount required and it's within budget.

As for the rest of the questions, they haven't used the SEDA as we'd have seen an RNS. They have all the licences they need. Read the last operational update for the rest of your questions. If assets are unequal, then a negotiation occurs as to what business A think assets of business B are and vice versa. This is not complicated. But do you think Erlan wil go to the table to get himself and his massive shareholding a poor deal? No of course not. And one of his bargaining chips will be the proven value of Benkala. Proven. i.e through JORC. If Erlan does not use a proven value of Benkala in the negotiations then he will lose millions.
