Re: 150 bopd total - i think not......

Essentially, what the RNS was saying is that they haven't started full production yet. So they decided to anounce the test production figures. Obviously nothing would have changed in the next few weeks, so they didn't bother waiting. So I am pretty sure that in the interims we won't get any more info about that. DS mentions it also, so let's be 99% certain that there is nothing new.

In Feb, the market was anticipating actual number (production numbers), they didn't get them, so many sold. There is nothing wrong here if you think about it. The sp is lower so for "potential buyers" HAWK looks sexier. By Loulaki

I'm surprised you have not bought in yourself, as someone who has followed hawk for some considerable time? I must be honest, if I was sitting on the side lines with cash available I would definately buy. As things stand I am over exposed already. By jonnycash

Re: SP

I am an investor Lupo and I am proud to say I am not heading for the exit. Its true I thought about it for a while but then came to my senses.

Reasons why.
1. See my last post.
2. Take over leaked in the press 3 weeks ago has not been denied.
3. Interims due soon when the production figures will be made public.
4. NH sp has bounced off c20p many times over its history and never gone below.
5. The shorters know all the above and will be closing their positions very soon (unless they are mad).

SP

Into new territory now at this price. What bothers me is that NH is doing nothing to support the price. Either they are unable to, or they are happy for it to fall. Either way it makes for unhappy reading for investors.

If the sp continues to fall, and there is nothing to indicate that it won't, it could be on the cards that the Directors will offer any remaining shareholders a small premium to the then sp and take NH private for a song. I still don't believe that JR is much to write home about, but Revere could provide the Directors with a tidy little income.

We just do not know what prospects there are for commercial recoveries from JR, the RNSs have been so confusing and lacking in real information. To say that it takes time doesn't explain the situation.

If I were an investor here, I'd be heading for the exit pretty smartly. Never fall in love with a share.

150 bopd total - i think not......

The Craig 4-33 well has been cased as a producer and completed in the Lower Atoka formation between 6,838 and 6,977 feet and tested at an average rate of 130 bopd over a sustained two week period. The well will now be placed on full production.

Above taken from Nighthawk website Jan 2010 update.

http://www.nighthawkenergy.net/announce03__Operational_Update_2010_01_26_FINAL_2_.pdf

OK, so 130 bopd from 1 well. Where does this 150 Bopd total figure come from ? I very much doubt the sum total of the other 10 wells is 20 Bopd. Those who are suggesting that NH's total oil production to date is 150 bopd are clearly insane. Now either NH's website is publishing mis-information (very unlikely), or the 150 bopd production is been completely mis-interpreted. Anyone care to clarify ??
