There are many far worse companies on AIM - some of whom take their shareholders for granted and don't think they are answerable to them.

Time will tell of course.

There was an interesting brief in Shares Magazine today saying how many companies had mishandled the reporting of good news and results and how they had been beaten up by the market as a result.

DB's RNS seemed well worded to me, and IF its only been released to help steady shareholder nerves, then that's fine by me. Given the 25% rise since the 14th August, this is not surprising. It has caused me to wonder whether news of today's RNS crept out early on or around the 14th.

Insofar as your remark might apply to me, not that it's my intention to provide a "training course", but in the face of such overwhelming lack of understanding it might end up looking that way by default, consider this: would you contemplate swimming the Channel without at least trying to learn to swim first? What I'm talking about in relation to HAWK isn't some optional extra. It's central to understanding share price movement, in exactly the same way that it's central to understanding the applicability of the so-called "fundamentals" to the stock market. Most people assume things are the other way around.

I used to like this BB too, but recently it's dipped into personal chit chat and almost a training course for charting in relation to any other company other than Hawk. This latest rns will need digesting while Wilbur gets the abacus out in a few institutional boardrooms and I expect healthy progress on the sp ahead. They like 'production' and although Hawk is really just starting, starting it has and pumping progress on some of the discoveries won't be horizontal but ramps up sharply. It really is becoming a case of how late they decide to leave buying in or adding more now.
