thats about 4.8p eps so 10x =48p

That said we may get a hefty divi rise.......there is an exc gain to come from SW and next year looks like we may well get further 20% plus growth.

How should the shares be valued?...........thats tough because i think a bidder is just waiting to pounce.

20 milion turnover for 6 or 8 or even 100p a share...........cost savings would nean they can earn 1 million a year.

I remain a buyer.

That said have fallen out with CEO at the moment and withdrawn all funding for 2012.

Holding a large amount of these and think they are worth much more.

Who did perloff sell to?????? as yet undisclosed??????

Also look at perloffs last declared holding February...........less this current sale he STILL HAS A DECLARED HOLDING!!!!!!!
