The d2w logo is intended to only be used when products or manufacturers are using or contain Symphony’s additives; it is intended as mark of quality control. Use of the logo if the products do not contain SYMs additives would be false advertising and potentially a form of copyright infringement.

As Symphony has distributors in China, this would suggest it is a mark of SYMs additives being used in the products you have seen

Yes, agreed, the Chinese market is immense and has great potential for a company such as SYM. I would like to see some evidential purchases to see this agreement kick into action ....widening the product base within the agreement would be good too!

These folk you reeference will be nursing a serious paper loss at the moment and are probably as eager for the price to rise as I am! I notice the agent who brokered the deal has himself a very nice allocation of shares with exercise price set at 10p ....not particularly higher than current price but certainly a move in the right direction!

I would be interested to hear views on the results today.

Looking at the numbers it appears that the company has not been managed as well as it should with operating expenses going up unchecked at a time when they are getting a lower gross margin on their products. Is there a passable explanation for this? I like this company and what they stand for but an investment looks risky if the management is out of control.
