The top of the trading range is 57p today.
this should go up with the bottom amount of 35.2p.
But both the top and bottom can be broken.
i have held these shares and i may do so again.
But what do i know.

Went with the Mrs last night to visit some friends in Market Drayton who live in the Taylor Wimpey estate. Quite a large estate with a few hundred houses well presented in a nice location outside of town.

This estate was nearly finished about 18months ago but because of all the problems the work stopped. For 18 months the the land just looked like waste land with a pile of bricks next to a JCB which never seemed to move.
I was quite happy this morning when i went for a walk with the dogs to find Taylor Wimpey logos up along new fences which on the other side, i found newly layed car parking spaces, driveways and the footings layed up to the damp proof level for about 20 / 30 houses so far. work aparently started here again in the last month.

Not sure how many home will eventually be built on this land but looking good so far i think.

New trading range looks great, 39-41ish and aslong as we get big buys, I don't think we'll see below 38ish for a long time.

People tend to get bored when there's little movement though so I hope we reach a new level each week.

I,d say buying today would net you a 10% gain in about a month. I already own them and just bought more.
